A half-day retreat for mothers & their toddlers

You were never meant to do this alone

For most of human history, children were raised by many hands — grandmothers, sisters, aunties, neighbours. The village was never a luxury; it is how we are made. Today so many of us mother in isolation, carrying alone what was always meant to be shared.

So come. Be held for a while.

Why we gather

A circle to come home to your body

Held is a half-day gathering for mothers and their little ones — breathwork, belly and womb self-massage, and sauna, shared in a circle of women. Warmth, softness and nourishment, with your toddler close by.

When women sit together, something in the body recognises it. Our nervous systems settle in the presence of others who feel safe — a calm face, a steady voice, a breath that slows beside ours. Researchers have even described women's instinct under stress to tend and befriend: to turn toward one another.

In a circle of mothers, you don't have to explain. You are witnessed, and you witness. That is where the medicine lives.

What we'll share

Three ways back into your body

Conscious connected breathwork

A guided, continuous breath that invites the nervous system to soften, and gently releases what we've been holding.

A woman's hand resting on her belly, in soft black and white

Belly & womb self-massage

Learning to tend your own belly and womb with slow, loving touch — our centre, holding so much of the story of becoming a mother. A practice to take home.

Sauna

Deep, enveloping warmth to sweat, soften and rest into. Long-term studies from Finland link regular sauna bathing with heart health and wellbeing.

So much of motherhood is giving.
This is a morning for receiving.

Toddlers welcome

Come as you are — little one included

You don't need to arrange childcare to receive care. Your toddler is part of the day, playing and exploring close by. We'll hold the little ones together as a circle — mothers supporting one another — and a dedicated carer will be there throughout to give extra support, so you can truly drop in to the breathwork and sauna.
