What to Bring & How to Prepare
⏱️When: Every second Tuesday at 9 pm Nairobi time/8 pm CET
Duration: 30 minutes breathe + intro and share
☯️Format: Live Zoom session (no recordings)
What to Bring
Comfortable clothes (nothing restrictive around your waist/chest) - A blanket (change in body temperatures can occur)
Water bottle (breathwork can be dehydrating)
Blanket or light pillow for extra comfort
Journal or paper (optional - for insights afterward)
Headphones for optimal sound and integration
Eye mask to fully presence yourself
